I hope I can learn about building muscle for women. I am ashamed to admit it, but I have never done a push up; no, not even one! I am in my mid 30s so that is very embarrassing. When I turned 30 I noticed that I was gaining weight. As I get older it only gets more difficult. When I started researching weight loss I discovered that building muscle causes you to lose weight faster. Hey, I am all about something that works fast! I have never had a lot of muscles; maybe I have them, but they have never been very strong. When I was thin it didn’t seem very important to me. Now, it means everything to me. I am going to start going to the gym as soon as I get my next paycheck. I hope they can teach me how to gain enough muscle and lose enough weight to make me feel great.
